I respect WFP’s position, but this column overplays the risks of a convention (by ignoring the role of state-wide at-large delegates, the weakness of Republican support in red senate districts, and the lack of Mercer money to date). It also makes flipping IDC seats, and the change that would come after that, sound easier than it is. I’m all for that, of course, so let’s do both.
